Meet Stephen
Stephen Auld is the founder of Initium Property, working in the design and property industry for over 30 years.
With a background in architecture, residential property, development and refurbishment, Stephen brings a depth of first-hand experience to each project. Over more than 30 years, he has been involved in the development, construction and renovation of homes and apartments, giving him a practical understanding of what is required to prepare, improve, renovate and build.

Stephen’s approach is personal, collaborative and grounded in trusted relationships. He has worked with clients, architects, planning consultants, property specialists, project managers, trades and suppliers, building the kind of network that helps projects move forward with greater confidence.

He genuinely cares about the journey, not just the final result. Whether he is helping position a property for sale or managing the path toward a dream renovation or build, Stephen brings calm guidance, commercial awareness and a hands-on understanding of the process.
