We oversee your project from end to end. From the initial briefing to the final handover of your project. Post hand over we oversee the maintenance period and can provide ongoing property support if required.

Meet Stephen
Stephen Auld is the founder of Initium Property and has worked in the design and property industry since 1988.
With a background in architecture, residential property, development and refurbishment, Stephen brings a depth of first-hand experience to each project. Over more than 30 years, he has been involved in the development, construction and renovation of homes and apartments, giving him a practical understanding of what is required to prepare, improve, renovate and build.

Stephen’s approach is personal, collaborative and grounded in trusted relationships. He has worked with clients, architects, planning consultants, property specialists, project managers, trades and suppliers, building the kind of network that helps projects move forward with greater confidence.
